A+ is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. Collaborating closely with firm leadership and project teams, you will play an integral role in advancing A+'s mission and promoting our work, and design philosophy. As Marketing Coordinator, you will lead and manage our communication and development initiatives through social media. An opportunity to use the studio’s digital presence and visual storytelling to showcase our people, values, and projects. Candidates must be highly competent in strategy development, content creation and management, website management, social media engagement, diverse marketing channels, as well as analytics and reporting.

Primary responsibilities include: Developing and coordinating marketing initiatives, including proposals, presentations, social media content, print and digital marketing materials, award submissions, and website maintenance. Supporting day-to-day departmental operations and firm culture. Collaborating with firm leadership and design staff to execute marketing strategies effectively. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Architecture or a related field. 5+ years of relevant work experience. Highly collaborative, self-motivated, able to manage, direct, and lead effectively and efficiently. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and graphic communication skills, attention to detail. Proficiency in creating tailored graphic layouts and maintaining graphic standards. Experience writing and editing initiative-specific content. Proficiency in critical software programs, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
