The Marketing Coordinator will support the mission, vision and values of Encore Sotheby’s International Realty and its real estate brokers. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of graphic design and will create all property marketing materials for new listings including templated brochures, social media graphics, video, mailers, and flyers, in addition to assisting with custom project requests and company initiatives. This role is to support the needs of Encore Sotheby’s International Realty’s real estate brokers. The role will report to the Director of Marketing and support the company and its brokers in the following markets: Central Indiana (Carmel, Indianapolis and Zionsville), Northeast Indiana (Fort Wayne and NE Indiana Lakes), and Northwest Indiana.

Tasks Included

• Work with agents on an individual basis to proof materials until approval of design, then coordinate printing or mailing orders.
• Complete graphic design requests submitted by brokers including templated and non-templated projects such as ad design, email templates, social media graphics, mailers, brochures, signage, and event collateral.
• Assist with company marketing projects including templated monthly market reports, social media campaigns, and miscellaneous items as needed.
• Perform light property description copywriting and select visually pleasing photos to best represent each property.
• Maintain and help regulate brand standards in all printed and digital communication.

Skills Needed

• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Excellent time and personal project management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience with Canva or video creation is a plus.
• Light property copywriting skills.
• Keen eye for visually appealing property photography.
• Ability to take initiative in locating relevant information to complete projects.
• Willingness to pivot among projects and change priorities.
