Overview

Responsible for onboarding distributors and materials from distributors for use by company departments. Provide formatting directions to program edit for insertion of commercial inventory.

Responsibilities

• Request version information and order movies, series, and specials as contracted by Programming and Scheduling team.
• Serve as point-of-contact to content distributors to assure all media and associated assets and metadata are received ahead of scheduled air date(s).
• Analyze media for format and house number assignments.
• Create network formats for commercial insertion.
• Organize and maintain metadata and MediaBot asset database with relevant information needed by various company teams.
• Identify expired titles for archiving.
• Serve as company expert on use of the Monday system.

Requirements:

Education & Experience/Certifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a broadcast network environment.
• Bachelor’s degree Mass Communication/TV Broadcasting or related field preferred.

Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11.
• Must be highly organized and possess strong time management skills.
• Basic math skills and understanding of military time.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with various departments to facilitate cohesion in media and metadata handling.
• Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management applications, for use in media management.
