Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior UX Designer. This team will be supporting customer facing design for messaging systems aligned to two way communication. The candidates shall be responsible for building and delivering on end-to-end User Experience (UX) Design across Digital Channel portfolios within an Agile team. Candidates will be responsible for a track of work that supports conversational flows. Candidates will be designing the end to end consumer experience for a chatbot that handles visual and interactive content. Candidates should be comfortable enough with information architecture to draft flows alongside Content Strategy partners. The chatbot this team is working on is more then just verbal content, familiar with Rich Communication Services would be ideal for this role. These will be flows for suggested replies during chats related to troubleshooting and customer support, content sharing for consumer chats, file and photo sharing. There is complexity across multiple different consumer facing touchpoints. Candidates will be designing for all digital platforms, work in agile environments to communicate and lead design specs with stakeholders, as well as implementing design strategy and new components for UI within this scope of work.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience within UX design for consumer facing products or services
Hands on with Figma
Understanding of Information Architecture
Some experience with Visual Design or Interactive Design
Strong stakeholder communication and ability to work within an ambiguous track of work
Cross team collaboration and ability to work through different use cases that could be slated for development
Ability to deliver screens and build UI components
Portfolio with up to date work showing flow and process Knowledge of RCS or SMS - content, imagery and video sharing with consumers - designing that experience
Conversation or messaging design
Business to Consumer two way communication - messaging/chat bot/ complex flows
