Job Description

Insight Global is seeking and Experience Designer to support a customer facing design portfolio. The portfolio will be focused on a mix of mobile app design and web based design. It is important for candidates to understand an omnichannel, customer facing environment with multiple digital touchpoints. On a day to day candidates will be meeting with product and development stakeholders, working with them to discuss and implement design and share design thought process for improvements to the authentication flows. Candidates will be working on different phases of the Authentication Customer Journey, which include activities like sign in flows and password protections. There is a content strategy team and design research team candidates will partner with to be able to focus on designing the experience. The team is eager for someone to take initiative, build strong stakeholder relationships and grow in the role.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of experience UX design or Product Design

Knowledge of design processes, journey maps, service blue prints and complex user centric flows

Experience design problem solving and strong stakeholder management/relationship building

Strong background working in an enterprise design system

Create, maintain and design component libraries

Understand design research

Hands on experience with Figma

Ability to execute and take initiative on design project tasks

Up to date portfolio with full end to end process case studies Project tracking - Smartsheet or Jira null
