The ideal candidate will have expertise in tools like Figma, the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and a strong analytical mindset to identify and solve design challenges. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and refining interfaces that align with user needs and business goals. 5 years of experience required Design and Prototyping: Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and final designs using Figma. Ensure designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity, accessibility standards, and usability best practices. Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and project goals. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather insights, present design concepts, and align on design strategies. User Research and Analysis: Conduct / participate in user research sessions, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights on user behavior and pain points. Analyze feedback to identify challenges and opportunities for improving the user experience. Problem Solving and Recommendations: Identify existing design issues and provide actionable recommendations to address them. Propose creative solutions to enhance user satisfaction and align with business objectives. Documentation and Communication: Document design decisions and workflows for clarity and future reference. Clearly communicate design rationale and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
