Job Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Storytelling:

• Collaborate with the production and social teams to develop compelling video concepts.

• Ensure alignment with clients' brand identities and marketing goals.

• Generate innovative ideas for both high-production and social media-focused internal

  videos.

Production:

• Oversee all aspects of video production, maintaining professionalism and efficiency on set.

• Expertise in cinematography, lighting, and composition is essential.

• Experience with Sony and Canon cameras is preferred.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with the team.

  Editing and Post-Production:

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to edit raw footage, add motion graphics, and visual effects.

• Perform color correction and enhance audio quality to achieve the desired creative vision.

• Tailor content for social media channels, ensuring platform-specific optimization.

• Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.

Content Optimization:

• Adapt video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and internal media.

• Stay updated on best practices for video distribution and engagement to maximize reach and impact.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough reviews of video content to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Strive for excellence in visual aesthetics and storytelling coherence.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with colleagues across departments, including social media, design, and accounts.

• Ensure video content aligns with broader organizational objectives and messaging. Project Management:

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and deadlines.

• Prioritize tasks effectively to optimize workflow and productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Videographer / Editor / Content Creator.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and

  Lightroom.

• Some knowledge of DaVinci Resolve (bonus).

• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and composition.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Marketing experience is a plus.

• A diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of video projects and styles.

• Experience with Sony & Canon cameras (preferred).

• Experience with G&E equipment.

Salary: Range 40-45K
