Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Growth Marketer to manage and execute all aspects of our marketing strategy. This individual will oversee SEO, PPC campaigns, social media management, video content creation, and more. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.

• Manage and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and boost customer engagement.

• Oversee content creation, including video, blog posts, and social media content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business goals.

• Analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies to improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall campaign success.

• Manage paid advertising initiatives (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to ensure maximum visibility and lead generation.

• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and the home service industry.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.

• Proven experience in the home service industry (roofing or similar industry preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

• Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.

• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content and innovative marketing ideas.

• Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies and lead-generation techniques.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

• Salary + Commission-Based Incentives

• $60,000 - $85,0000/year + Commission

• Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
