The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that support growth objectives. The role requires adaptability, a team-oriented mindset, and a passion for driving results.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and implement digital marketing initiatives, including SEO optimization, managing website content, creating marketing materials as necessary, and coordinating with external vendors.
- Manage advertising, branding, social media, communications, and public relations to elevate the company's profile within the industry.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing campaigns aimed at driving business growth and enhancing market share.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing.
- Manage relationships with external vendors for marketing collateral, promotional materials, and other marketing services.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience with digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and Google Ads.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial marketing, or B2B marketing is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with an emphasis on follow-up and stakeholder engagement.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a customer-focused attitude.
- Adaptable, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
