Anderson Mason Dale is a 60-person architecture practice in Denver, Colorado delivering contemporary design for academic, institutional, cultural and community facilities throughout the Rocky Mountain West. 

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Denver studio. The position seeks an individual offering energy, flexibility, creativity, and detail-orientation to a highly collaborative team dedicated to promoting our brand and supporting our communications and business development goals. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in a professional marketing or administrative position with graphics and writing responsibilities. Working under the direction and guidance of the Marketing Manager, the individual will engage Leadership and design staff to develop proposals, award submissions, and general marketing collateral. The individual will use their writing, time management, and organizational skills to maintain and build AMD’s content library, including project descriptions, staff resumes, and project metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Production and regular upkeep of standard and targeted branded collateral, including but not limited to proposals, presentations, staff resumes, brochures, advertisements, and awards submittals, with direction and input from the Principals, Marketing Manager, and project teams.
  • Collaboration on proposals, particularly in the generation/curation of tailored qualification content and coordination with external consultants
  • Under direction of Marketing Manager, research and track new project leads and requests for qualifications/proposals; and generation of summary reports for review/decision-making by Leadership
  • Collaboration with project teams with upkeep of AMD Project Information databases

Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, media relations, journalism, graphics or other related field of design study
  • 3-6 years' experience working in a fast-paced marketing role, and specifically generating proposals
  • Experience working in an architecture, engineering, or design industry is preferred
  • Graphic software proficiency is required, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, including ability to prepare narratives in a compelling manner and to edit collaboratively written content for a consistent voice
  • Capacity to collaborate on complex, deadline-driven projects, with constant attention to detail and working autonomously
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills and enthusiasm
  • Possess exceptional design sensibility, management ability, and a generative and collaborative ethic
