The Strom Thurmond High School Rebel Regiment is looking to expand their staff for the 2025-2026 marching season. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic marching/visual tech who will help plan visual warm-ups, help coordinate the visual package for the marching season, and teach/refine visual techniques throughout the marching season. The Rebel Regiment has always had a history of success and we look to continue that success, while building our marching program to new heights!
Requirements
* Background in marching band performance required.
* Experience as an instrumentalist is required.
* Experience in the skills of drum corp style visual performance (e.g. dance basics, marching technique, etc.) required.
* Experience working with school aged students is required; preferably at the high school level.
* Background in a drums corps or spirit organization (e.g., Carolina Crown, United Spirit Association) preferred but not required.
* Background in instruction/adjudication of a marching band preferred.
