Job Description:

  1. Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.
  2. Develops secure and high-quality production code and maintains it.
  3. Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.
  4. Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
  5. Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  1. Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
  2. Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  3. Proficient in developing & managing web applications in Java.
  4. Hands-on experience in developing Cloud-ready applications for AWS, Azure, or any other industry-standard Cloud platforms.
  5. Proficient in developing & managing web applications in Java Micro Services Architecture with Hibernate/JPA in DAL.
  6. Experience in developing UI applications using Angular or React.
  7. Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement.
  8. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
