Summary:

Our fast-paced and innovative engagement company is searching for a passionate and experienced Creative Director to lead our talented team in creating cutting edge creative for internal and external marketing needs. A strategic and experienced creative mentor is the perfect fit.

You’ll spend your days on the following:

• Lead the development and execution of the creative vision for brand and business unit marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness across market touchpoints.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor a growing team of designers, copywriters, and other creative marketing professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, driving the creative growth of the team.
• Partner with global clients and internal account managers to understand business unit needs and translate them into impactful marketing creative.
• Develop and implement creative strategies across marketing touchpoints, ensuring a unified Augeo brand vision is woven throughout.
• Oversee design and content creation teams ensuring project timelines and high-quality deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and design best practices and share regularly with teams.
• Internal stakeholders to continuously improve creative processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Present creative concepts confidently to executives and key business stakeholders driving towards innovation and evolution in marketing creative.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Creative Director or similar senior creative role in an agency.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a creative team of designers and content creatives.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful creative concepts and executions for marketing purposes.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including branding, visual communication, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Passion for strategic creative and a desire to create unique and memorable executions for a broad range of industries.
