The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of all marketing strategies and tactics to support the goals and objectives of the overall HJ Sims brand and the Investment Banking team. This person will manage the overall awareness of HJ Sims and the HJ Sims Investment Banking business, the development and execution of all digital and print marketing plans, and work closely with business unit leaders and colleagues throughout the country to support the business development and awareness of HJ Sims in the industry.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all marketing collateral development and management for the HJ Sims brand and Investment Banking team.
• Implement and execute marketing campaigns to build brand awareness of HJ Sims.
• Ensure continuity of messaging through all channels - digital, social and print.
• Manage client communications, both electric and print, which includes audience selection, creative development and deployment.
• Develop and manage digital communications to client and prospective client base using CRM technology.
• Support the development of marketing messages for banking needs.
• Manage inventory of branded case studies and tombstones for marketing and business development needs.
• Oversee the weekly market commentary and publish to relevant channels.
• Create sponsorship ads, print and digital.
• Provide support for the annual Late Winter Conference and manage surveys, recaps and oversee photography.
• Oversee the content to ensure accuracy and manage overall website of hjsims.com.
• Collaborate with outside agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
• Audit marketing campaigns, and manage the tracking and maximization of communication efforts, including ROI determination.
• Support of ad hoc marketing needs
• Support of strategic marketing programs
• Perform competitive analysis and stay current on industry trends.
• Liaise with Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to industry requirements.
