Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Take premium payments from customers.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.


Requirements

What You Bring:


  • Active Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Proven sales experience (Insurance sales experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (virtual selling experience a plus)
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Results-driven and committed to exceeding expectations
  • Familiarity with CRM software and virtual sales tools (e.g., Zoom, Salesforce)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
