Responsibilities The OHH Unified Communications Administrator I is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Unified Communications (UC) platforms, including voice, video, and messaging systems. This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of UC services, supporting enterprise communication needs. The Administrator demonstrates a familiarity with various UC technologies, network protocols, and IT systems. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in troubleshooting and resolving UC-related issues while collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders. Administer and maintain Cisco Unified Communications systems, including CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), Unity Connection, and IM & Presence. Administer and maintain Cisco Unified Contact Center Express UCCX, including the management of users, resource groups, and queues. Monitor system performance and availability, ensuring a high-quality user experience. Qualifications Experience: Five (5) years of experience installing, operating and maintaining network and communications hardware or Linux operating systems and software; OR Education: Associate degree in computer information technology or related field AND two (2) years of experience installing, operating and maintaining network and communications hardware or Linux operating systems and software; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.
