YOUR ROLE:

RAPP is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to join our team. This role involves a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to deliver personalized experiences at scale. The ideal candidate will possess experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in an agency environment or other professional services environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Solution Design:

Architect scalable and robust Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Work hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud components including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages and more. Campaign Management:

Oversee the end-to-end development of multichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet client objectives. Including batch, journey and triggered campaign types. Data Integration:

Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems (inbound and outbound). Automation:

Develop automated multi-touch journeys with Journey Builder and/or Automation Studio, in addition to data management workflows in support of the journeys. Personalization:

Utilize AMPscript and content assembly techniques to create highly personalized customer experiences. Experience with A/B Testing and Test/Control group implementations a plus. Collaboration:

Work closely with agency teams and our clients to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery. Mentorship:

Mentor and guide other team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. REQUIREMENTS:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise:

Significant accomplishment with several Salesforce Marketing Cloud's capabilities, including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Cloud Pages. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification(s) a definite plus. Data Management:

Proficiency managing and integrating data with data extensions and SQL. Technical Proficiency:

Fluent with SQL, HTML, AMPscript, SSJS Project Management:

Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery. Strategic Thinker:

Ability to see the big picture and design solutions that are extensible yet right-sized for the effort at-hand. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
