The
Sr Specialist, Social Media
is responsible for supporting visual storytelling across social media and online platforms to drive community engagement, seamless website experiences, and enhance our website content strategy.
This role interfaces with all facets of the business, serving as a key member of the Travel + Leisure Group E-commerce & Digital Marketing team. They will serve as a point person for the Social Enterprise team in asset creation and management, as well as an integral part of our larger e-commerce digital experience projects. The overall objective of this position is to drive efficiencies across our portfolio of brands creatively for social channels, and act as a liaison between the Brand team and Social Enterprise team, ensuring brand guidelines are met and consistently provided for.
The Sr Specialist, Social Media will lead the Travel + Leisure Group Enterprise Canva platform; working to create brand kits, templates and ongoing creative assets for our portfolio of brands that each Social Media team can use for paid and organic efforts.
How You'll Shine: Create and manage an end-to-end request process for social media creative assets based on templates that have been approved, and created, in partnership with the in-house studio team. Responsible for creating new templates and designs, based on performance and new trends, for the social media teams to leverage for their unique channels and audiences. Meeting ongoing with brand teams and social media team to help bring concepts to life in social creative as needed for speed to market. Align with brand guidelines and ongoing organic content pillars for original, customized content that creates a cohesive look for each brand. Manage the Enterprise Canva environment, organize and set up brand toolkits and be POC with Canva account team Work on ad hoc requests to support Digital team with creative needs that can be fulfilled in Canva or Animoto Support organic content scheduling and posting for brands in portfolio including Facebook posts and Instagram Reporting, Analytics and Insights to show content performance and testing Travel Requirements:
Less than 10% travel per year. What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or other related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms, sizing and formats and best practices. Knowledge of Canva, Sprinklr, RivalIQ or other social reporting technology suites. Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom preferred. Four (4) years social media experience managing social creative and copywriting for a brand or agency. Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
