You will closely collaborate with internal teams including Design, Retail, Digital, and Creative to seamlessly integrate our social and influencer initiatives into broader marketing efforts. Additionally, you will work with external agencies and partners to deliver high-impact campaigns that ensure maximum return on investment from our influencer and social media marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Strategize & Implement Influencer Programs: Devise and execute an authentic influencer marketing strategy that aligns with our brand goals, emphasizing community engagement and measurable outcomes.
- Manage Influencer Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and agencies to enhance brand storytelling and drive valuable partnerships.
- Source & Negotiate with Influencers: Identify and connect with relevant influencers, negotiating terms that deliver maximum ROI while fostering strong connections.
- Oversee Campaign Execution: Manage the implementation of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with brand objectives. Continuously optimize for engagement and conversions.
- Expand Influencer Program: Collaborate with the team to scale our influencer marketing initiatives, exploring innovative opportunities to engage with emerging talent and platforms.
Social Media Strategy & Content Development
- Lead Social Media Strategy: Direct the development and refinement of Ruti's social media strategy across key platforms, ensuring content resonates with the distinct features and audiences of each channel.
- Plan Platform-Specific Content: Oversee the creation of tailored content that adheres to the brand's voice while leveraging the strengths of each social channel, ensuring all communications reflect our aesthetics and messaging.
- Build Community & Engage: Foster active and vibrant communities on social media by creating content that invites conversation, encourages user-generated content, and builds lasting brand affinity. Engage consistently with followers to maintain a positive online presence.
- Monitor Trends & Adapt: Stay abreast of platform trends, challenges, and formats to keep Ruti culturally relevant and ready to adapt to new social media dynamics.
Measurement & Optimization
- Utilize Data Insights: Employ analytics tools for social media and influencer marketing to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Establish robust measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of our efforts on brand recognition, engagement, and sales.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly assess campaign results, providing analysis to inform and enhance future strategies. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in social media and influencer marketing, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors.
- Content Creation & Management: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content production, including expertise in influencer contract negotiations and campaign performance optimization.
- Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster strong partnerships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytics Proficiency: Skilled in the use of analytics tools related to social media and influencer marketing, leveraging data to inform decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
