electroCore is seeking a Social Media and Influencer Specialist to support the direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing team for the Truvaga brand. This position focuses on managing social media platforms, executing influencer, affiliate, and partnership campaigns, and enhancing brand engagement through strategic collaboration. The ideal candidate will work closely with vendors to create, track, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with the brand’s objectives. With creativity, a passion for community engagement, and a data-driven mindset, this individual will help amplify Truvaga’s voice across social media, influencer, and partnership channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Truvaga’s social media platforms, including engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring mentions.
- Collaborate with vendors to execute influencer, affiliate, user-generated content (UGC), and partnership campaigns that align with brand goals.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers, affiliates, brand advocates, and strategic partners to expand Truvaga’s reach.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for social media, influencer, affiliate, and partnership campaigns to inform future strategies.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence across all social media platforms.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop creative assets for social media, influencer, and partnership campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and partnership opportunities to identify new ways to drive engagement.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to ensure a cohesive customer journey and alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing, preferably in consumer goods, e-commerce, or health & wellness industries.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) and familiarity with scheduling tools like Metricool and HubSpot. Experience with influencer and affiliate platforms, such as ShareASale and Impact, is a plus.
- Proven ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience building and managing relationships with influencers, affiliates, or brand advocates.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms; familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
- Knowledge of best practices for user-generated content (UGC) campaigns, influencer partnerships, and affiliate program management.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
