Michelle Thomas Team is hiring: Graphic Designer in Naples

We are in search of a Graphic Designer to produce vibrant, high-quality visuals for a wide variety of items across digital and print media that align with our luxury brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Create property brochures and rebrand floor plans
2. Create newly listed and just sold postcards
3. Create magazine and newspaper ads
4. Create signage for open houses and team events
5. Create business cards, MLS headers, and other collateral for our agents and staff
6. Support social media and photography efforts
7. Download property photos, videos, and floor plans from vendors and file them on company server

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
2. Proven work experience as a graphic designer or similar role
3. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design capabilities
4. Ability to maintain brand consistency across all projects
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
7. Capable of receiving constructive feedback to foster growth
8. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
9. Dependable transportation to office

Compensation:

$21 - $23 hourly
