The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our client’s social media strategies across various platforms. If you're passionate about creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and have a proven track record of social media growth, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for client’s and L.A. Libations brand owned platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
- Ideate, create and curate compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our client’s audience. This includes visuals, graphics, videos, and captions.
- Design eye-catching grids and feeds to increase reach and engagement.
- Oversee and grow a pool of external content creators to support brand’s social media content creation.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and collaborations to promote client products and brand initiatives.
- Ensure marketing and content calendar are updated and reflect posting schedule.
- Oversee day-to-day client social activities on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok including content scheduling and performance tracking.
- Implement strategies to grow our client’s social media communities, increasing followers and engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, digital, influencer, and all LAV teams.
- Ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns for all clients.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of clients' social media campaigns.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement to all clients.
- Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure LAV’s clients remain at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Pitch new clients and manage social team P&L to meet department financial and growth goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably 2-3 years of social media experience at a CPG/beverage brand or full-service advertising, marketing, or entertainment agency.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
- Experience with a variety of social media platforms and expertise on Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience growing social media followings and raising content engagement.
- Experience with video and photo editing.
- Knowledge of editing software such as Splice.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams within an agency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on multiple projects at the same time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to self-start and adjust quickly when needed.
- Excellent creative, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
This is a hybrid role and our office is in El Segundo, CA.
Salary is determined through interviews and a review of candidate experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, LA Libations offers a comprehensive benefits program.
