Senior Media Strategist

Client Service:

  1. Leads, builds and maintains excellent relationships with clients and provides them ongoing strategic media consultation and counsel on a peer-to-peer basis.
  2. Develops strong and effective media strategies and programs in service of client objectives.
  3. Develops robust and relevant solutions which are always rigorous and evidence-based.
  4. Has a keen focus on producing client-ready work of the highest standard, in an efficient and timely manner.
  5. Builds enduring and successful relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
  6. Maintains high level of professionalism and competence in all client communications.
  7. Takes a leadership role in new business proposal development and presentations.
  8. Works consistently to grow existing accounts organically through high quality work and ongoing discussions with clients.
  9. Networks consistently outside of Arc Bio, attending industry events and meetings bringing in new business leads.

Media Relations Strategy:

  1. Develops and executes strategic and innovative earned media plans for our clients.
  2. Counsels and supports clients by bringing new ideas to the table.
  3. Helps grow the US team’s media capabilities and mentors on how to cultivate media relationships.
  4. Stays on top of news and media trends in the industry.

Project Management:

  1. Demonstrates system, process, time management development and accurate project planning.
  2. Produces accurate cost estimates and works with client leaders to help control media budgets.
  3. Ensures finances and budgets are managed in line with agency procedures.
  4. Establishes the importance of regulatory and compliance measures and minimizes risk.
  5. Sets the highest standards with respect to quality, original, strong strategic thinking and detail accuracy.
  6. Is able to use all in-house software and platforms competently.

  1. Effectively delegates and prioritizes for project teams.
  2. Demonstrates ability to develop others and provide direction and feedback.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $127,200.00 - $212,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications.
