THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO MANAGER

As a Studio Manager (SM), you live your power by delivering the world class CorePower Yoga experience including leading the operations of a yoga studio, coaching and inspiring the CPY classroom experience, and training a team of world class yoga instructors and mindful leaders.

Health and Safety Management in The Studio

  1. Lead, execute and train all current CPY Smart Health Protocol and CDC guidelines in studio.
  2. Take ownership in the functionality of your studio and act as a liaison between the Studio Support Center facilities and IT teams.
  3. Work with your Studio Coordinator to maintain an appropriate level of studio supplies.

Studio Presence and Guiding the Student Experience

  1. Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week primarily in studio with flexibility.
  2. Teach a minimum of 6 aligned CPY5 classes per week.
  3. Your leadership sets the tone for the studio’s culture.

Leading the Studio Team

  1. Own all processes related to the day to day operations of the studio.
  2. Communicate all CorePower Yoga policies and initiatives.
  3. Consistently develop, recruit, hire and retain a Core Values driven studio team.

Grow the Business

  1. Take personal responsibility for continued revenue and profitability.
  2. Train and inspire your team on membership retention.
  3. Partner with your District Manager to set studio goals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  1. Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values.
  2. Excellent oral communication skills and professionalism.
  3. Completion of a relevant 200-hour teacher training is required.
  4. Minimum of 1 year in customer service-oriented role required.
  5. Minimum of 1 year in operations or retail leadership experience preferred.

THE FINE PRINT

  1. 5-6 days a week/40+ hours a week.
  2. Must be able to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
