- Automotive Knowledge: Understand and communicate about various vehicle types, including Audis, hybrids, propane vehicles, Dodge Vans, and fleet work. You’ll also be required to perform tasks like oil changes when necessary.
- Computer Skills: Utilize shop management software to track work orders, parts inventory, and customer data.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with care and professionalism.
- Comfortable using computers and familiar with shop management software (training available if needed).
- Basic automotive knowledge, including the ability to perform simple tasks like oil changes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A “captain of the ship” mentality—take charge and keep things running smoothly.
- Competitive pay at $25/hour.
- Flexible work schedule, 25 hours per week.
