How was your week? I guess if your looking here then it left something to be desired. We have great technicians and a great working enviorment now we need to add an extraordinary service advisor. Our automotive repair facility is seeking an experienced, organized, motivated sales professional with the ability to effectively communicate with technicians and customers, increase sales, manage scheduling & technician productivity. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate them clearly to customers.
• Manage service appointments and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge
• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and service writing
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Familiarity with auto estimating and automotive repair processes
• Experience in dealership environments and auto service management
• Relevant skills in transmissions, oil changes, and brake repair
