KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Innovation: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms, including search, digital display, and social channels. Tackle remarketing campaigns with precision targeting.
  • Targeting Expertise: Create and refine prospect segments tailored to unique markets and properties, leveraging tools like retargeting, lookalike audiences, and geo-targeting to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Take ownership of budget allocation across platforms, ensuring optimal spend and exceptional ROI.
  • Localized Insight: Conduct market research to inform hyper-local campaign targeting, messaging, and geo-specific opportunities.
  • Creative Campaigning: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ads and copy that resonate with target audiences and align with property profiles.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement and meet key objectives.
  • Cutting-Edge Strategies: Assist in building and refining content creator strategies that seamlessly integrate organic and paid social campaigns.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven Expertise: 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of paid media tools, audience targeting capabilities, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Analytical Strength: Strong ability to interpret data and leverage analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager for actionable insights.
  • Innovative Mindset: Passion for staying ahead of digital trends, implementing creative A/B testing methods, and continuously optimizing strategies.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with a knack for project management and team collaboration.
  • Preferred: Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
