We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our team! This role will primarily focus on planning, executing, and optimizing media buying strategies across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, X Ads, and programmatic platforms like StackAdapt. Additionally, you will support broader digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, content creation, and analytics, to drive brand growth and ROI.
Responsibilities Media Buying & Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, X Ads, and programmatic platforms. Conduct in-depth audience research to define targeting strategies and ensure campaigns reach the right audience. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to improve key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Performance Tracking & Reporting Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting platforms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Develop and present reports on campaign performance, including actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Content Strategy & SEO Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and blog content that align with campaign objectives. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to support paid and organic growth strategies. Testing & Optimization Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to identify high-performing variations. Implement changes based on data-driven insights to continuously refine campaigns. Industry Trends & Platform Expertise Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in media buying and digital marketing. Leverage new ad formats, targeting capabilities, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI. Requirements
Proven experience in media buying across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, X Ads, and programmatic tools such as StackAdapt. Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content strategy, and analytics. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize budgets across multiple channels to achieve campaign goals. Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance optimization. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Familiarity with emerging trends in digital advertising and marketing.
