Piping Designer - Revit/BIM360 Specialist

Position Summary: Burrow Global, LLC is seeking an experienced Piping Designer with expertise in Revit and BIM360 for a project in Beaumont, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in 3D modeling with Revit and a strong understanding of piping design principles. This role will involve collaborating with project teams to design and coordinate piping layouts, ensuring precision and efficiency in the overall system.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and modify detailed 3D models for piping systems using Revit and BIM360. Coordinate piping designs with mechanical, electrical, and other systems to avoid clashes and optimize space usage. Work with project managers and engineering teams to translate requirements into detailed design models. Perform piping layout, equipment placement, and routing while adhering to design standards. Conduct quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Provide technical support and insight to team members on Revit and BIM360 best practices. Travel to the Beaumont project site to support on-site project activities. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in piping design, with strong proficiency in Revit and BIM360. Experience in industrial piping design is a plus, but candidates with commercial Revit experience are encouraged to apply. Solid understanding of piping system components, layout principles, and MEP coordination. Ability to work independently and in a team, collaborating with multiple disciplines. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex design challenges. Proficiency in managing and organizing design files and project data within BIM360.
