Responsibilities

The Social Media Manager is an integral member of the marketing team, responsible for creating and maintaining social media profiles on behalf of the company. They will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and other leadership to ensure that all campaigns align accordingly with brand image, while also being able to contribute to the content creation process and direct response marketing.

The Social Media Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that the marketing and call center lead generation and appointments are supported, providing additional marketing touch points to patients and supporting the clinics.

Responsible for the ideation, creation, and implementation of our social media strategies across a variety of social platforms:

  • Develop quality social media content strategy solutions across all major social media platforms.
  • Monitor the latest trends in social media channels and technologies to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how to best leverage new tools and services.
  • Collaborate with agencies to strategize new and refreshed visual approaches that support campaign goals and utilize current social trends.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the firm to create consistent and relevant posts/content to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Compile data across several social media platforms and create monthly reports including analysis for insights, optimizations, and future strategy development.
  • Understand the story behind the KPIs and be able to effectively communicate the analytics to leaders and answer any questions.
  • Create recommendations on the content, designs, or campaigns to improve effectiveness of social media channels.
  • Monitor the competition and understand industry benchmarks.
  • Demonstrate strategic insight to develop long-term execution plans from the company’s stated business objectives and implement those plans.
  • Maintain unified brand voice and visual identity across different social media platforms.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant social media experience including content development and channel management.
  • Experience working in a healthcare organization a plus.
  • Must be knowledgeable about social media platforms and trends.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying trending topics on social media.
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space.
  • Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate a pro-active approach.
  • Team player who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals and timelines.
  • Dependable; able to meet reliable attendance and punctuality standards for the role.
