About the team

  • Join our dynamic and dedicated Sanctions Compliance Team, where we ensure our organization adheres to global sanctions regulations.
  • Our team is committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity, protecting the company from legal and regulatory risks.

What you’ll own

  • Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate needs and requirements into proper system requirement specifications.
  • Identify and document business strategies, objectives, and drivers.
  • Analyze and document business processes and metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Identify and document how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
  • Assess, apply, and project the impact of system changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders.
  • Write test plans and test cases to ensure that application changes meet client needs and maintain application integrity.
  • Conduct a variety of tests including system, integration, readiness, tuning, and acceptance tests. Ensure changes made by programmers are correct.
  • Work with the team to break down features into deliverable stories and testable acceptance criteria.
  • Own the backlog for the Agile teams which includes collaboration with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Architects, to ensure the proper sequencing of backlog items based on program priorities, events, technological implications, outcomes of Program Increments (PI) and Sprints and dependencies with other teams. Responsible for User Story prioritization, refinements, elaborations, story acceptance criteria, and ensuring stories are clear and unambiguous as determined by the Agile Teams.
  • Work with the team to decompose Agile epics into user stories and provide clarity on scope to aid the team with design and effort estimates.
  • Drive Sprint goals and content through prioritization of the backlog, ensure definition of “ready” is validated through proper acceptance criteria, tests, quality, fitness for use, and supports the definition of done.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study.
  • Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience: performing Source System-to-Actimize data mapping; working with Actimize including WLF, CDD, and SAM; working as an AGILE Product Owner; utilizing AML Applications to analyze customer data and detect suspicious transactions; documenting and modeling business user processes; performing end-user Business Requirement Definition (BRD); and documenting system requirements and specifications.
