What You’ll Do As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll be building and maintaining relationships with retail buyers and boutique owners—both virtually and in person. You’ll learn the ropes from an experienced team and play a pivotal role in expanding our brands’ presence in the U.S. market.

1. Attend Fashion Weeks & Trade Shows • Travel to market weeks across the U.S. (Los Angeles 5x/year, Dallas 4x/year, New York 3-4x/year for 1–2 weeks at a time). • Showcase our collections, meet with buyers, and drive sales. 2. Sales & Relationship Building • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing buyers via phone, email, and video calls. • Convince, consult, and close monthly orders while creatively pitching new styles to help buyers refresh their assortments. 3. Customer Service & Problem Solving • Ensure buyers’ questions are answered swiftly and effectively—be the “go-to” person for all account needs. • Brainstorm solutions for any challenges that pop up, keeping clients happy and loyal. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Coordinate with our warehouse and production teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. • Work closely with the broader sales team to analyze best-sellers, identify growth opportunities, and exceed sales targets. 5. Wear Multiple Hats • This is a startup environment—sometimes you’ll help plan new campaigns, sometimes you’ll be traveling, and sometimes you’ll follow up on leads from home. Flexibility is key.

(Bonus points if you’ve worked in wholesale, used the JOOR platform, or have prior B2B sales experience—but not required. We’re happy to train the right person!)
