Social Media Video Content Internship
Location: Remote (Focus on Michigan-based audiences) MUST LIVE IN MICHIGAN
Type: Internship (Part-Time, Flexible Hours)
This position focuses on developing and promoting viral video content for our Video Resume Giveaway Campaign. You will gain hands-on experience in video production, social media marketing, and campaign management while helping Michigan-based job seekers improve their career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Ideation: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and pitch unique, engaging video ideas for the Video Resume Giveaway.
• Video Production: Create high-quality, short-form video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and posting videos across multiple platforms while ensuring proper formatting and tagging.
• Targeted Campaigns: Research and utilize trending hashtags, challenges, and content styles to ensure content reaches Michigan audiences.
• Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, questions, and feedback from viewers, encouraging participation in the giveaway.
• Analytics: Track video performance metrics and suggest improvements to achieve viewership goals (5,000+ views per video within 24 hours).
• Learning Opportunity: Work closely with experienced content creators and marketing professionals to develop your skills in video marketing and campaign strategy.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Film Production, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing and video content creation.
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube.
• Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for trends and aesthetics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Michigan’s job market or interest in workforce development is a plus.
