Job Location: Atlanta, GA, Berkeley Heights NJ

Job Description:

  1. Lead as the UX/UI designer to help drive platform adoption and enhance user experience through digital self-service user experiences.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to set the overall creative direction and design strategy, lead user research initiatives, and shape the overall user experience.
  3. Lead the design of intuitive user-centered experiences and self-service tools that enhance user experience and drive adoption of products.
  4. Facilitate research to gain deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  5. Analyze customer journeys, feedback, behavioral data, and market research to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  6. Lead design sprints to quickly ideate, test, and build new features and experiences with the Product and Development team. Design at various levels of fidelity using frameworks, process maps, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate, evaluate, and refine ideas.
  7. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless experience across all user touchpoints.
  8. Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs, upholding high standards and adherence to the design system across all digital experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven background in leading digital customer experience initiatives, preferably within the fintech or banking industry.
  2. 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  3. 2+ years of experience facilitating user research interviews and testing cycles.
  4. 2+ years of experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe, or other design tools.
