Content Policy Associate Manager, Actor & Behavioral Policy

Facebook is looking for an analytical thinker with experience in policy, government, business operations, or consulting to join our Actor & Behavioral Policy team. The team’s mission is to create and communicate rules for our products that empower expression and foster a safe environment for people on Facebook. As a Content Policy Associate Manager, you will work closely with a number of other teams at Facebook and Instagram, including our Community Operations, Product, Legal, Communications, and Public Policy teams. You will play a key role in developing, applying, and communicating our Community Standards and their enforcement both internally and externally. You will also manage high-profile policy escalations. You will be expected to make difficult decisions under pressure. You will be a detail-oriented, execution-minded professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust within all levels of the organization. You will critically analyze and communicate the costs and benefits of refinements to policies and their implementation. You should feel strongly about the services we provide and the people that we serve. Given the demands of content-related escalations, this Content Policy Associate Manager will sometimes be expected to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late nights, or weekends.
