We're seeking a talented part-time/temporary Packaging Production Designer to support our retail client's packaging creative team at their headquarters near Rogers, Arkansas!
In this role, you'll collaborate with top-notch private brand packaging professionals, creating designs that inspire customer trust and elevate branding. From concept to production, you'll craft packaging that stands out in a competitive retail landscape.
Your Daily Mission:
- Design compelling, effective packaging that aligns with branding and customer needs
- Stay ahead of packaging trends and competitive innovations
- Utilize your Adobe Creative Suite mastery (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) to create impactful visuals
- Manage the complete design process, ensuring timely and flawless project execution
- Deliver high-quality production assets, mock-ups, and print-ready files
- Apply your expert knowledge of substrates, die-lines, and printing processes
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure quality control across all deliverables, adhering to best practices in branding and design
As a Packaging Designer, We Expect:
- 3-5+ years as a Packaging Production Designer or in a similar private branding, retail, or agency environment
- Excellent understanding of print packaging, print production, and packaging manufacturing requirements (substrates, die lines, colors, print processes, etc.)
- A portfolio with packaging design and production samples is required - an online link is preferred
- Savvy with Mac products, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-driven, organized, and confident communicator
- Champion of team success
This is a part-time, temporary, onsite opportunity working with a creative packaging design team based near Rogers, AR.
