Position Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing strategies that promote our services. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and the construction industry to gain hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Maintain media deadlines for creative, working with the designer to ensure ad files are delivered on time.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Organize and maintain the library of photo, video, art, and ad files for efficient access and retrieval.
- Keep the Marketing Manager informed of upcoming deadlines and deliverables.
- Manage inventory of promotional items and marketing collateral.
- Support day-to-day administrative marketing tasks and other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or 2 years experience in a marketing support role.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing, Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with tools like Asana and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Previous experience in marketing or the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
