Brand Strategy:
Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our overall business goals. Define the brand’s positioning, messaging, and target audience. Marketing Campaign Development:
Create and implement high-impact marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and in-person events. Content Marketing and Communication:
Create, publish, and distribute content that will attract, engage, and retain our target audience. Oversee all public-facing communications and content, including graphics, articles, posts, and other media that promote our services and enhance brand awareness. Ensure message consistency across all channels. Develop and manage a communications schedule. Digital Marketing and Website Management:
Leverage digital platforms and technologies to reach and engage with the target audience. This includes managing the brand’s website, social media channels, email marketing, and SEO strategies. Regularly update the website to showcase services, success stories, and community events. Advertising and Promotion:
Budget, plan, and execute advertising and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive client acquisition. Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify consumer behavior and trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth. Client and Referral Outreach:
Engage with potential clients and referral sources, including schools, hospitals, clinics, and community organizations, to attract new clients and build long-term partnerships. Analytics and Reporting:
Conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, deriving key insights to inform future campaign development and go-to-market strategies. Monitor the effectiveness of social media, website traffic, and community engagement to refine outreach efforts and boost customer conversions. Community Engagement:
Represent the company at local events, health fairs, and community activities to increase visibility and introduce our services to a wider audience. Collaborate with Administration:
Work closely with the CEO, President, Head of School Partnerships, and other administrators, contributing marketing expertise to discussions on new and ongoing projects. Develop and implement OKRs in coordination with administration. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of proven experience in progressively responsible marketing roles in a consumer-facing industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position in marketing, advertising, communications, media, or equivalent. Proven Marketing Success:
Demonstrated success in developing and executing online and offline marketing plans and campaigns, including digital/social media strategy and website management. Your portfolio should impressively reflect this expertise. Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deep understanding of how to effectively communicate with different audiences. Deep understanding of storytelling. Project Management Expertise:
Proficient in developing, organizing, and managing multiple projects, including those with outsourced teams, making sound decisions to see the projects through to completion. Strategic Marketing:
Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into effective marketing strategies. Proactive in seeking opportunities to generate client leads and enhance brand awareness. Creative Analysis:
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Ability to adapt creatively to changing market conditions and lead the team through evolving challenges. Performance Metrics:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Proactive Team Collaboration:
Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives. Technical Proficiency:
Experience with marketing automation, AI, and CRM tools. Healthcare Experience:
Knowledge and solid understanding of the behavioral healthcare industry and its unique dynamics is a strong asset. You should be able to quickly understand and assess the unique challenges of the behavioral healthcare field and leverage your marketing expertise accordingly. Geographic Flexibility:
Ability to attend office and industry-related events in New Hampshire periodically. Ideally located in New England with remote work flexibility. Education:
