We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Consumer Marketing to lead and elevate our marketing strategies. In this role, you will oversee marketing communications, including public relations, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing, while driving consumer engagement, brand awareness, and growth. You will be responsible for crafting data-driven campaigns that resonate with our target audience and managing cross-functional teams to execute initiatives effectively. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading successful marketing strategies, building strong consumer connections, staying ahead of industry trends and a strategic thinker passionate about delivering results. Essential Functions (include but not limited to): Performance Marketing

Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance consumer engagement and drive sales growth. Oversee digital marketing channels, including paid media, search, social, and programmatic advertising, ensuring ROI-driven outcomes. Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer insights to continuously refine strategies and improve results. Collaborate with analytics teams to establish KPIs and reporting frameworks that measure campaign success and drive actionable insights.

Marketing Strategies & Operations

Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and consumer needs. Manage cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints. Establish and optimize processes for efficient marketing operations, including budget planning, resource allocation, and vendor management. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives with broader company objectives.

Public Relations & Communications

Oversee the execution of public relations strategies to build and protect brand reputation. Manage influencer and affiliate marketing programs, cultivating relationships that amplify brand reach and credibility. Develop and execute communication plans that enhance storytelling across owned, earned, and paid channels. Serve as the primary liaison with external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives. Lead crisis communication efforts as needed, ensuring clear and effective messaging during high-stakes situations.

The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in performance marketing, with a track record of managing ROI-driven campaigns across digital channels such as paid media, search, and social. They excel at developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing operations through effective budget management and process improvement. Experience in marketing communications is essential, including public relations, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing. Strong analytical skills, coupled with exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication abilities, are critical to aligning teams and external partners with business objectives while driving measurable results. Qualifications/Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. HS Diploma or GED Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify. English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension) Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office Education/Experience/License Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or closely related field highly preferred though will accept equivalent working experience At least 5 years of progressive consumer marketing experience (with at least 2 years of B2C (business to consumer) goods marketing Proven experience as a strong-cross functional leader Experience managing external agencies Deep understanding of paid media with the ability to set strategy (including with major retailer media networks) Experience with Shopify platform is a big plus Sensory Requirements:

Should have working use of hearing and vision with or without the use of corrective lenses/hearing aids to be able to read paperwork, work on a computer screen for an extended period of time, and frequently speak on the phone. Environmental:
