We are seeking a seasoned professional to bridge customer needs with strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive actionable strategies, provide product education, and deliver voice-of-customer insights to inform future product development. As a technical expert in your field, you’ll leverage your advanced knowledge and analytical skills to navigate complex challenges. What you will do: The Principal Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the engagement of regional sales teams to execute the annual marketing plan strategy and drive a high level of customer and sales engagement. They will gain organizational and field alignment to the annual marketing plan and drive key product and program strategies enabling growth with key accounts and customers. Due to their high engagement with the field and customers, they will contribute customer and product insights to their internal business partners. They will participate in data collection and modeling to drive business decisions and evaluate business performance. Authors and deploys key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc. Creates new communication vehicles and tools to effectively support communication objectives. Supports high priority requests from the field inclusive of C-Suite, administrative, and RFP requests. Masters both the technical and clinical aspects of the product/product line, and sets the direction for content to be distributed to the sales team. Deploy resources to measure, monitor, and direct changes to marketing strategy to drive customer engagement. Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, and translate business insights into future business strategy. Monitors market activity, penetration and competitive wins or losses against key competitors. Anticipates new customer segments and tailors marketing strategies to meet current and future market needs. Deploys resources to measure, monitor, and direct changes to marketing strategy to drive customer engagement. What you will need: Required: Bachelor's degree required. 8+ years of work experience required. Preferred: MBA preferred. 5+ years of medical device experience preferred. Sales or marketing experience preferred. Clinical marketing experience preferred. $115,600 - $245,800

salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
