Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work closely with senior marketing professionals to implement performance marketing initiatives, manage budgets, and analyze market trends to support our e-commerce efforts.

Duties

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and Google Ads.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
3. Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and track expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
4. Support advertising sales efforts by developing promotional materials and engaging content.
5. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
6. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
7. Contribute to the management of social media accounts, including content creation and audience engagement.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience or internships in performance marketing, e-commerce, or related areas is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.
4. Experience in the beauty industries is highly preferred.
5. Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
6. Proficient in budgeting and financial management related to marketing initiatives.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
