- Develop and oversee implementation of department-wide marketing strategies.
- Manage paid ad performance metrics.
- Support purchasing with sales data and growth projections.
- Oversee SEO strategies.
- Oversee Social Media Strategies.
- Collaborate with IT department to optimize user experience.
- Lead development of tailored marketing campaigns.
- Grow and develop affiliate and influencer marketing programs.
- Maintain working knowledge of best practices in marketing.
- Oversee community growth and engagement.
- Work with creative marketing to achieve a good ROI.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Marketing management experience.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Zoho or Salesforce experience preferred.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Experience with Google Adwords.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC.
- Project management.
