We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing organization and expanding Marketing department.

Our Marketing Manager will:
- Be a core member of the Marketing Team
- Work closely with the different functional leaders at LNS Research
Primary Responsibilities
- Written Content Creation and Management – Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing and senior leadership to develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive traffic, boost engagement, generate leads, retain customers, and enhance brand awareness; Develop and refine messaging that aligns with LNS Research’s brand and resonates with senior executive personas; Create and edit impactful content across various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, events, newsletters, executive communications, and public/partner relations, ensuring it drives measurable demand generation results.
- Visual & Video Content Creation and Management - Collaborate with graphic designer and research analysts to manage creation of effective content visuals graphics, and video (short and long-form); Work with resources on video content direction, creation, and editing.
- Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and publish posts on various social media platforms (utilizing HubSpot); Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community growth; Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies to boost engagement and reach; Project manage paid social media campaigns from creation through analysis; Offer social media support/guidance to rest of organization as needed.
- Campaign Support – Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including promotions and paid digital campaigns; Create content to support the sales team’s campaign activities, including templates, sales literature, decks, landing pages, digital events, and more; Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign assets; Coordinate with team members, vendors, and sponsors; Provide analytics on campaign activities for strategy refinement.
- Website Updates and SEO - Update website content to reflect the latest marketing and organizational initiatives; Optimize content for search engines to improve organic traffic (SEO); Manage membership library assets and updates; Use analytical tools and CRM to monitor website performance; Work with external vendors as needed for website and library enhancements; Provide assistance as needed on event sites.
- Email Marketing – Create and send email blasts/campaigns using HubSpot. Assist on list creation and management to improve targeting and personalization; Track marketing email performance metrics, such as open and click-through rates; Provide sales email content support as needed for major marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and published assets.
- Event Coordination – Assist with the planning and promotion of executive conferences, LinkedIn Live events, webcasts, and in-person events; Assist in managing event logistics and promotional activities; Prep speakers and secure speaker information/materials; Support sales with content for speaker recruitment; Coordinate with vendors, venues, and attendees.
- Editorial Assistance – Have solid proofreading and editing skills; Review and approve analyst blogs for publishing; Provide proofing support on a variety of external-facing communications and published assets (e.g., reports, promotions, press releases, etc.).
- Maximize AI and Technology – Utilizing our CRM and additional digital tools, provide key reporting and analytics of demand generation activities to measure and continually improve results; Maximize and integrate AI, HubSpot, and additional digital marketing tools to create efficiencies and improved results within marketing, including content generation, research, editing, list creation, analytics, and more.

- Required Skills:
- Marketing generalist with expertise in demand generation activities
- Skilled project manager and hands-on digital content creator
- Proven expertise in social media management and demand generation engagement; emphasis on LinkedIn platform
- Strong writing and editing abilities, including experience writing for high-level senior executives
- Up-to-date knowledge/usage of marketing digital best practices in AI, analytics, and SEO
- Extremely detail-oriented in proofreading and fact-checking
- Thrives in high-pressure situations and can meet tight deadlines on a regular basis
- Ability to manage short-term deliverables within a long-term strategy
- Effective communication skills - verbal, written, visual, and interpersonal
- Ability to work in a remote team environment; Positive team player
- Advanced user of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Preferred Additional Skills:

- Coaching/training and presentation skills
- Manufacturing/engineering/technical industry experience
Education and Experience
- 5-7+ years of results-proven marketing management and content creation required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other industry relevance
- Experience with HubSpot
- Experience in Industrial/Manufacturing space highly preferred

This is a virtual role. Candidates must be in the USA only. Minimal travel, as business needs require. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
