This role will be key in driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring our brand and services resonate with potential clients, and reinforcing our position as a trusted leader in construction services.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive new business opportunities, expand brand presence, and enhance client relationships. This role combines sales, marketing, and strategic planning to ensure business growth while maintaining a strong market presence in the construction industry.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Knowledge of Marketing Concepts, Positioning, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Customer Relationships, Creative Services
  2. Organize, manage and maintain all marketing collateral material including photographs, resumes, biographies, references, letters of recommendation, etc.
  3. Prepare private and public customer project Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) responses to Request for Qualifications, assist in proposal preparation for Request for Proposals.
  4. Prepare, organize and maintain data and files for ease of access and inclusion in SOQ and Proposal information.
  5. Prepare and distribute internal and external newsletters, e-blasts, press releases, social media posts, and other communications.
  6. Update and maintain the company website.
  7. Preparation and submission of all company or project award applications.
  8. Develop advertising and other public relations initiatives as required.
  9. Perform market research on regular and periodic time intervals as required or as requested by CEO and President, to support executives regarding determination of potential market areas, projects, customers, speaking engagements, presentations, etc. Evaluate data, market trends, forecast, etc.
  10. Provide strategic input and support in preparation of customer presentations and executive speaking engagements.
  11. Take charge and convey a confident competency through presentation skills, leadership example and ability to clearly communicate TRAC Builders, Inc.’s vision.
  12. The ability to write business letters, press releases, business proposals and presentations for new or existing customers.
  13. Ability to effectively present information to company executive management, TRAC employees, and public groups.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of five years of Marketing & Communications experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
