With a track record of over 500 real estate deals, ownership of 50 properties, and a team of 30 employees, we are seeking a visionary Social Media Director to help us build a personal and professional brand that inspires and educates others about real estate investing. Position Overview: We are looking for a Social Media Director with proven experience in building brands and managing large-scale content operations. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and oversee our content strategy to drive audience growth, engagement, and brand loyalty. This role involves managing a content calendar, coordinating with creators, and ultimately positioning the company as a leader in the real estate coaching industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to establish a personal and professional brand in the real estate industry. Plan, create, and oversee a high volume of engaging, educational, and inspirational content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Collaborate with the founder to share real estate insights, success stories, and lessons learned to inspire and educate followers. Manage and grow a team of content creators, videographers, graphic designers, and other freelancers or staff as needed. Oversee all aspects of content production, including video shoots, editing, and scheduling posts. Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and cross-promotions to expand reach. Develop a launch strategy for a coaching program, including promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of real estate or a passion for the industry is a strong plus. Ability to think strategically and creatively to achieve business goals.
