Job Description

As the Fitness Studio General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the studio. Your primary duties will include:

·        Leadership and Team Management: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.

·        Operational Management: Ensure the studio runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis. This includes maintaining equipment, managing inventory and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the facility.

·        Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our clients, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally. Strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all members and guests.

·        Financial Management: Assist in developing and managing the studio's monthly goals.  Implement strategies to achieve financial targets.

·        Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new members and retain existing ones. Contact and schedule new leads through our CRM. Host appointments and sell the benefits of HOTWORX.  Oversee sales activities, including membership sales, promotions, and special events.

·        Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community members. Represent the studio at events and in the community to promote our brand and services.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

·        Experience: Management and Sales experience in the fitness industry or a related field. Experience in leading a team and managing a facility is a plus.

·        Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fitness management software.

·        Attributes: Passionate about health and fitness. Goal-oriented and results-driven. High level of professionalism and integrity. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
