Were seeking a talented Marketing Content & Digital Strategist with a strong background in digital marketing and content creation to drive our marketing efforts forward. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting compelling content, optimizing digital campaigns, and executing strategies that increase visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Development & Management
- Create engaging blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content that reflects our brands voice and values.
- Develop thought leadership materials to establish our firm as an industry leader.
- Manage content calendars to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Digital Marketing Execution
- Implement and manage multi-channel digital campaigns, including email marketing, paid search, and social media advertising.
- Optimize website content for SEO and SERP to increase traffic and lead generation.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & SERP Management
- Perform keyword research to inform content strategy and improve organic search rankings.
- Implement best practices for on-page and off-page SEO to enhance visibility.
- Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop creative assets that support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key marketing metrics to evaluate campaign success and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial services or related industries.
- Proven experience in content creation, SEO, and digital campaign management.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with compliance considerations in financial services marketing is a plus.
