Robert Half’s agency client is seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to develop and execute SEO, digital strategy, Google Ads, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with agency experience, looking for a flexible, part-time contract opportunity to contribute to high-impact paid media initiatives.
The Paid Media Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing paid search, paid social, and digital strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. The focus will be on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, alongside SEO best practices to maximize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and Content Management Systems (CMS) to create and manage digital assets.
- Engage in blogging, editorial content creation, and digital storytelling to enhance brand visibility.
- Drive campaign planning and execution, aligning digital strategies with business objectives.
- Leverage CRM platforms for customer data tracking and audience segmentation.
- Monitor and analyze paid media analytics, optimizing campaigns for performance and ROI.
- Implement SEO best practices (On-Page and Off-Page SEO) to improve website rankings and organic visibility.
- Manage paid search and paid social initiatives, driving targeted engagement and lead generation.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, SEO updates, and emerging paid media strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in paid media strategy and campaign management within an agency environment (required).
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social advertising.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, content strategy, and digital marketing trends.
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS platforms, and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and drive business impact.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
