We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Content Manager in the Restaurants & Catering industry based in Miami, Florida. As a Content Manager, you'll be tasked with managing our Content Management System (CMS), developing content strategies, and working both onsite and remotely. You will also be responsible for using various tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM, and Facebook Insights to boost our brand awareness and plan effective campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement content strategies to boost brand awareness
• Manage and update the Content Management System (CMS)
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud to create engaging content
• Utilize CRM to maintain accurate customer records and resolve inquiries
• Work onsite Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays
• Use Facebook Insights to monitor customer engagement and adapt strategies accordingly
• Plan and execute advertisement and blogging campaigns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date editorial content
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud for content creation and editing
• Experience with Content Management System (CMS) for effective management and publishing of online content
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and data
• Ability to develop and manage high-quality editorial content that engages the target audience
• Knowledge of Facebook Insights for tracking user interaction on the company's Facebook page
• Proven experience in creating effective advertisements that increase brand visibility and customer engagement
• Experience in blogging, with the ability to produce engaging and relevant content
• Understanding of brand awareness strategies and their implementation to increase brand presence and reputation
• Proven expertise in campaign planning, ensuring successful execution of marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of content strategy development, with the ability to plan and manage content across multiple platforms.
