The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, knowledgeable about current trends, and skilled in content creation and strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive digital content strategies consistent with brand guidelines and organizational objectives.Craft clear and concise creative briefs in collaboration with the Creative team to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and channel specifics.Oversee the setup, execution, and management of paid media campaigns across various channels, including Paid Search, Social Media, Display, and Programmatic advertising.Provide support in Advertising, SEO, Google Ads, Analytics, and eCommerce Platforms.Manage the trafficking and timely delivery of campaign assets, ensuring that all creative outputs meet platform specifications and deadlines. Coordinate timelines, assets, and budgets to guarantee that campaigns are executed on schedule and within defined parameters. Collaborate closely with teams from Creative, Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure coordinated campaign execution. Assist in monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for enhancement, contributing to ongoing optimization efforts.Engage with external media agencies and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and address issues as they arise, while also managing invoicing processes. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging channels, providing insights to the wider team. Produce and manage compelling social media content across all platforms to enhance organic reach and drive customer engagement. Maintain social calendars to align with marketing and sales objectives. Facilitate the production and launch of creative assets, optimizing social media presence consistently. Support the development of user-generated content strategies and photo advocacy initiatives. Establish a content repurposing process to ensure appropriate formatting, context, and distribution across various channels. Administer daily messaging and updates across company news, e-newsletters, and social media platforms. Assist in developing comprehensive weekly and monthly social media performance reports, alongside actionable recommendations.Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to measure social campaign effectiveness.Perform other job-related functions as assigned.Skills and Traits Necessary for Success3-5 years Industry Experience PreferredProven experience in social media management and content creation.hands-on experience managing creative for digital campaignsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesFamiliarity with ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and trafficking tools is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally to support campaign needsAbility to manage timelines and assets, and ensure campaign details are accurately executedExperience with creative asset management and trafficking processesStrong understanding of social media platforms and trends.Innovative mindset with an unwavering commitment to creating excellent content.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to direct storytelling across multiple media, including general posts, branded copy, video, etc.Strong decision-making, time management, and planning skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong track record of delivering results and producing thoughtful, creative ideas.Proficient in analytics and reporting tools.What Else Do We Look ForBachelor's degree in graphic design, communication, or another relevant field.Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office programs, and Mac computers.Experience and comfort with art direction, storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping, with the ability to discuss and verbalize content intent.Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.Skills to elevate creative, typography, photography, and high-end interior design.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, passionate, team player.Ability to partner with internal stakeholders from various parts of the organization and drive successful outcomes cross-functionally.Available for travel (including weekends), as requested.
